Pegasus Airlines service is so poor. We've waited for hours to check rein. Your website did not clearly declare that the ticket did not have a luggage allowance. I have paid in total 70 Euros to check hinein my luggage. Innaddition to that Pegasus Airlines lost my luggage. Overall a terrible journey
